Mike Anderson was working to protect the public way before public safety was considered a real priority. You know, before 9/11/01 made it clear America is not a secure fortress; back when some folks believed bad things didn’t happen to decent people. Mike Anderson understands the need to keep our borders secure, our law enforcement agencies and fire departments fully staffed, well trained and properly equipped. Mike Anderson knows how to work with other state and local officials, how to bring people together, and how to get things done to protect our families and our cities. Mike Anderson is clearly an effective, proven leader who can bring many different kinds of people together to protect and improve the quality of life of all Texans.
