Neighborhood Planning - provides a process where stakeholders in the priority neighborhoods assess the issues facing their neighborhood and establish a blueprint for implementing change. Neighborhood Planning is an in-depth examination of the neighborhood to identify all the issues and opportunities facing the neighborhood. Neighborhood Planning will allow each priority neighborhood to develop its own policy guide that will direct the City’s resources to the highest priorities identified by the neighborhood stakeholders.
