 Get a blue bag. Put your recycleable materials out on FRIDAYS!

So easy. Everything in one blue bag. No need to seperate.

 

All recyclables are mixed together in one blue recycling bag

  • Once weekly collection at the same location as regular garbage
  • Bags should be placed out for collection by or before 7:30 a.m. on the designated collection day
  • Blue bags may be purchased in rolls of 50 from any Mesquite 7-Eleven Store or the City Cashier located at 711 N. Galloway
  • Plastic Containers (PET Nos. 1-7)
  • Plastic Containers (HDPE No. 2)
  • Newspapers !
  • Magazines !
  • Telephone Books !
  • Tin, Steel, Aluminum Cans !! Tin cans? Did you say TIN CANS! Yes, tin cans!
  • Mixed Household Paper (junk mail/catalogs)
  • Corrugated Cardboard –pizza boxes, any kind of cardboard boxes, boxes boxes and more boxes!
  • Paperback Books
  • Grocery Bags (paper and plastic)

    • It is so easy! Why not! Feel good about saving the earth from your very own home!
